Carla has spent the last 5 years helping business owners start and grow their businesses.  For professionals in transition, Carla works to assist them in determining what’s next, develop a strategy for action and provide the tools and techniques for an effective job search.  Carla also works with corporations who want to support their employees in achieving work/life balance.

With over 25 years of experience in the business world, Carla brings a valuable depth of knowledge and expertise to her clients.  Prior to becoming a business coach, she was an executive recruiter, a business development director and a business owner. At the Center for Women and Enterprise, Carla facilitated programs for aspiring business owners to write comprehensive business plans and learn the basics of running a business.

 

Carla draws on her professional experiences to offer her clients guidance that comes from hard-won experience. By listening without judgment, she helps professionals and business owners capitalize on their skills, overcome their challenges, and achieve their goals in all aspects of their lives. Her mission is to help clients fully engage in their professional and personal lives in order to achieve spectacular results. 

 

Carla has been an avid ballroom dancer for several years.  She has taught English as a Second Language as a volunteer and in language schools.

 

Carla holds a degree in Economics from Brown University. She attained her Coaching Certification from the Coaches Training Institute.
